Well another season is in the books following last nights awards banquet. It isn’t exactly my favorite part of the season but it went fairly well, and parents and players seemed pleased.

The season is well underway as most of you are aware.   The A team is 2-2 in league and are getting better with every passing day.   The B team is 4-0 in league and has been playing some good basketball all season long.  Unfortunately due to some health issues we are scrambling to figure out how to keep both teams in the hunt.

Try outs went great on Saturday and I look forward to seeing you all on Monday at 3pm. Cuts will be made on Tuesday or Wednesday.

I am really excited about this season and hope that we all have a fun and successful Bears Basketball season.

Mariposa Middle School Basketball will be holding tryouts for seventh and eigth graders on Halloween morning.  Practice will begin at 10am on October 31st and will end at about 1pm.

If you are unable to attend for any reason please contact me ASAP so that other arrangements can be made.
